Of course its going to flutter if the spring tension is set to max. Its making the bov harder to open/vent forcing the pressure to try and push its way back out through the turbo.

You loosen the tension to make it vent easier.

ive loosened it up alot but it still flutters slightly then makes the normal noise... i cant think of an accurate word to describe it :S but u know wat i mean.

my mate said somehting about lossening the valve nipple?

Flutter sounds heaps better. If you want the BOV to actually do its job, get a stock one.

My old trust type s did what you are describing, i know exactly what you mean. Another solution is put the stock panel filter in. It shouldnt flutter with the stock filter in, mine didnt.
