Buying A House

Well, monica and i have finally found somewhere to live that we like and can afford. Those 2 things very rarely come together. As a result we need to sell one of our cars so we can go ahead without living on bread and water. Obviously i want the WRX to go so that i get to keep my toy, but if someone makes the right offer on the GTR i won't have much of a choise..
