Urgent! R33 S2 A/c Compressor On S1

Can someone tell me if an R33 S2 A/C compressor will work on a S1?

The S2 compressor (came off 1996 model to be specific) seems to have 2 additional electrical plugs.

The S1 only has 1.

Need to know ASAP as the car is booked into the tuner and the POwer FC needs to learn the idle with the A/C on.

however if using a PowerFC there's no need to "learn" or "configure" anything special for the A/C

Just go into the hand controller and adjust the A/C IDLE value to anything you want... instead of paying a tuner a few hundred bucks to essentially do sweet FA.
