Ravenoak's DR & R34's would be a close tussle for the best I have seen. They are both excellent cars in their own right. As I said before, if I can make my PNV as good as them I'll be over the moon.

As for clutches ............ driveability can only be attained with a single plate clutch & today's technology might just give it to you. Have you researched maybe bigger diameter, heavier diaphram etc etc etc.

I will be looking at all these options when I need to replace the clutch in my DR. For my HR I have it all sorted I think, I'm looking at an Z32 TT 250mm single 6 puk clutch & modified VL Turbo assembly.

Cheers, D

NPC are an excellent clutch.

Excellent work with the car - I heard from a friend of Ross's it had gone up in flames, is good to hear its actually alive and well!

Have you ever driven a car with a twin plate clutch?

Yeah i had a 32gtr with nismo twin plate. Great bit of gear, not all twin plates are harsh.

have to disagree with that statement...I've driven with a few twin plate clutches and they're oh so driveable so much so that unless you were told it was a twin plate you couldn't tell...
