Trimming Front Bar To Fit Fmic

hey guys,

i have a aftermarket copy Bomex front bar.

i wan to know how to trim the extras to fit a FMIC without damaging it.

was told not to use a saw as it will crack the front bar.

wat tools to use etc etc.

sanding block with sand paper and a lot of time or maybe even a file just be carefull though

NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! if you wana take for ever.... you can use a dremel drill with the right cutting disc works fine..... just make sure to take little bits at a time and keep trying it back on to make sure you don't take way to much off

or if you want a 5 minute job and a steady hand use angle grinder.

Havn't done mine yet but when the time comes i will definately use an angle grinder plus i know someone that used an angle grinder and it looks good, as long as you dont slip...

If anything goes wrong, you always have fibreglass and you can fix it up.

Dremel sounds best.

But i used angle. to cut my bar.

is there other tools to use other than angle grinder?

cos i don have one n buying one would just be a waste of money as i am most probally using it once,

u can get cheap angle grinders dude. u might need it again at some point.........

$20 angle grinder will be more than enough for the job. OTherwise try and find a set like angle grinder and drill set.

It'll definitely come in handy later in the year when you need to trim something.

depending on how thick it is you could always use tin snips.

that sounds rather suss if you take it out of context......
