Knock Sound R32 Gtr

Hey guys just recently i noticed that 70% of the time when i turn the electrics on ill hear and feel a bit of a knock. I dont know what happens exactly when the electrics are turned on. Just wondering if anyone else had the same problem or any ideas? Doesn't matter if awd is engaged or not it still makes the knock noise/feel. The car behaves normally in every other way. THANKS

By electronics, if you mean when you turn to "ACC" Then yah, its normal...

By "normal" i mean, mine does it I think its the ATTESSA gear cracking its knuckles in preparation
