Rb25 Front Facing Plenum Fit To Rb20?

I have found several for sale on the internet and most of them are for the RB25 with only one for the RB20. The cheapest one i found today on Ebay Australia is for an RB25 and has a q45 throttle body flange. Would a unit like this fit up to an RB20 with the water and fuel hardware bolting right up.

extra note. Does anyone know if the Greddy E Manage unit will tune itself to NISMO replacement upgraded injectors as i have no means of professional tuning within 800km or so.

there were quite a few new RB20 plenums at TAs this year but cost the same as the average R32 in japan... about 2k
