there are some instructions with them. they are in japanese but there are pictures, it's pretty self explanatory really. they hard part is getting the engine out and the sump off so you are pretty much home and hosed. ;)

Follow the pics and you will be fine. (if not it can only go in one way and bolt up to the existing holes)

Spend some time giving the sump a good clean out when you have the standard baffle plate out, especially the sump ears, as you will be surprised how much crap there is hanging around.

Don't overdo the sealant when putting it back together either or you could end up with bits floating around the sump. Keep the mesh filter on the pickup for the same reason.

yes definitley spend lots of time with metho and a razor blade removing all the old sealant and dirt from both the sump AND the block mating surfaces. and cleaning out the sump itself is a top idea too. as is the 'don't over do the gasket goo' advice. my engine in the grey car was rebuilt in japan and they used a shitload of goo. nice work WRRR!
