...wow this looks like its gonna be huge!

Will hang back at work till 730 then head down.

:sad face due to measly ~300 run in tune:

trust me, that's more than alot of cars will be making.. including mine >_<

doesn't matter if your car isn't making massive power, just come down, watch or enter the dyno runs and get some free giveaways

shaping up to be a big night!

As per the other thread I'll be down there, to find out how much awkw my car is running. The mods are well...not completely known >_<.

Hopefully I'm making some decent power.

Anybody from around Bayswater going? wanna gimme a lift? >_<

..or pick me up from a station some where?

if anyone can help out gimme a buz on 0420974417

my comp is being repaired atm so i have no net..

I will try and make it.. Ill see how many other boys i can get down there aswell..

As for the ignition DVD.. it struggles as far as cars go, but the owners are HILARIOUS! :D

i've only got full 3" exhaust and one of those $30 boost controller jobbies, so i ain't going to be running huge numbers... i'll just be doing it for the curiosity factor of knowing what my car is making. Never had it dyno'd before

but yeah, between here and NS.com, sounds like it's going to be packed...

how many cars could they run back-to-back in say a 4 hour period?

dont know thinking about it

as i dont have alot of cash at the mommet as im heading to qld next week to do the whole theme park shit and yeah party for a week

so im trying to save money for that

but we see how i feel i just told friend in his aristo and he may enter but we see i think about it

    • Yeah was gonna say as it wouldn't line up correctly, I imagine if they put the wheel that way it would mess with the wheel alignment.
    • My Neo turbo only went last year. Not 35 years old, to be sure - closer to 25. But still.
    • There's no way they left the factory like that. In R chassis there is nothing stopping the steering wheel being put on one spline out from straight, and then adjusting the steering arms to "correct" it (sort of). As well as the indicator cancelling there would also be an issue with how tight you can turn in one direction to the other. The other (less likely) possibility is that the "clock spring" (the circular electronic part that allows the wheel to turn while still having an electrical connection for horn and any other buttons like cruise) might not be in place correctly. I don't have any pics of the R33 (or Stagea) setup but there would be a circular locating tab which sits in the steering column to have it straight...if that is not seated properly then the indicators may not cancel at the right point (and, you might also get a HICAS error since it would think you are driving in circles)
    • It will mostly be bad scoring on the bores, which you can almost certainly fix by machining for oversize pistons. I have to say, I am super surprised that any standard turbos made it 35 years down the track before exploding!
