hehe, house is a good investment, better in the long run, but doesn't provide as much fun in the short term... all depends what you want...

I bet many dumbasses kicked themselves for not buying houses around the year 2000-2003 and bought cars instead... they could of been driving a Ferrari by now. Dont be like them, buy a house.

thats assuming you sell the house and go back to living in the ferrari.
