Ok Guys here's a Status.. Update..

Pulled out the IK20 plugs looks like they are gone and seals are gone too and u see an orangey colour coming out between the bolt and white area with IK20 writing..

got some BKR7E-11 in there... gapped them 0.55mm stops missfiring now.. was to gap to 0.60mm but gapped down to small by accident..

I did have them @ 0.80mm but they missfired with the BKR6E plug

will this b ok @ 0.55mm???

Next time i wanna try 0.65mm n c how they go

Also i can get the Denso versions of BKR7E and BKR6E and IK22 which is 7 Heat range of the Iridium..

Do u know If Denso is a better plug or stick wif NGK?

stick with NGK imho

i read somewhere that you shouldnt have to gap a plug lower then 0.6mm

1 they start to burn out really quickly

2 the plug is no longer the cause of the problem - its the spark maker, in this case your coils

i would recommend going to splitfire coils and regapping to around 0.7-0.8mm

I also recommend you get new coils. Maybe check your engine earthing wire while you are at it. On top of your standard turbo heat shield there should be a connecting mesh wire tape to help earth your engine to the body.

NGK V spark plugs are what I use and they are fine.

Its to do with the spark length as well since a bigger spark gives more affirmative combustion.

0.8mm works - it is already much smaller gap than the 1.2mm standard plug size but not too small for effective ingnition.

the NGK copper V should be fine spark wize - they just need changing a bit too often due to metal loss if you don't use platinum or iridium.

edit - the V refers to the spark plug design V tooth sparking surface on the armature, designed to give a more precise location for a strong spark with less material loss.

Go order some plugs in FACTORY MADE with 0.8mm.

Any shop should do this for you if you ask.

They should have a book with the temp rating standard platinum plug of the R33 as well in the store. Be careful of those temp ratings, i think the smaller numbers are higher temp, unless you adjusted your thermostat stay with the genuine rating.

I've regapped my plugs to 0.65mm n no missfire @ all... but i'll try 0.7 on next plug change.. But on 0.8 it definitely misses whether cold or hot...

I remember it being gapped to 0.7mm when it was stockish just a 3" Catback, 9-10psi Boost & Pod n ran fine on copper.

k orangy colour means ther mite have been sum water in there at one point say if uve washed your engine bay an squirted water all over your coil cover,

the water would have caused a miss, its happend to a friend jackeroo before all i did was blow the water out an miss went away

last time i remember hearin to put BKR5E-11 in an gap'm to 0.9-1.0

Hi guys all fixed.. got some Splitfire coilpacks in there n got new plugs BKR6E pregapped @ 0.8mm.. First thing I noticed straight away is the pick up is lot better n seems to run smoother...

Not really sure if getting a Retune is worthwhile.. but i can definitely feel a power increase from the Pickup.. not sure about Top End as i haven't had the chance as of yet in 3rd of 4th...

Wat do u guys reckon???
