Does anybody know who has experiance selling or tuning with link plus ecu's? I think mine is running a bit rich and could do with a bit of a retune. Im on the gold coast but am willing to go to brisy for somebody who knows these ecu's.

Thanks heaps.

Sheldon down at Murnane Motorsports (where Sliding Performance was) in Burliegh was a Link ECU fanatic. I can't comment on the quality of the tune, but he does know the ECU very well. You can probably find Murnane Motorsports in the whitepages.

I run a link as well he did mine and it was a very very good tune. Say that peter with the white 32 and the link gts sent you down

Sheldon is long gone from Murnane, I would no longer recommend them at all from bad personal experience, the mechanic down there Ben is a good bloke and knows how to swing a spanner but the new owner leaves much to be desired.

A friend of mine is going to get his link tuned this week by Matt Spry will let you know how it goes.

hey guys. i'm a new addition to the skyline world. i have seen a link on ebay for not too much $$ and was wondering whether it was worth it? i have experienced in the past aftermarket computers that are tuned by the best people.. apparently, however there was always problems stating the engine and getting it to idle. how much like the standard computer is the link? and with only an exhaust and boost would it make a difference compared to the std computer?

anyone know any tuners in sydney?

they are a great ecu , idles like stock . great cold start . able to run large injectors and still be run smooth. your biggest problem with and ecu like a link is that you really need to find somebody good that has the software and can tune it. and i will guarantee that any tuner that you speak to that says they are shit, obviously dosent have a good deal with there distributor avo here in melbourne. so find someone good who can tune it first then bid on it, thats my advice. i ran my link from when i had 211rwkws with gcg hi flow turbo and malpassi rising rate reg to 224rwkws , 230 rwkws , 260, 281 and finally 346rwkws hamburger with the lot!
