Help Needed

Hey all have an issue

Car has been at RE Customs the past 2 weeks for abit of an upgrade

car is fitted with the following

Garrett T04

PFC

740cc Nismo injectors

Z32 AFM

Splitfires

040 Bosch FP

Blitz Spec r Boost controller

fmic, exhaust, etc...

turbo is a top mount and the gate is a HKS copy, got the gate tested at Rotomaster and they told me it was a 15psi spring

but whilst trying to tune it on 1 bar it couldn't make more then 8 pound of boost

On 8 psi it made 200rwkw

Some say the turbo is on its way whilst others say its the cheap external gate shitting itself

anyone have a clue to what the problem is?

Is your boost contrller on the power fc turned off?

check you have the boost controller lines plugged on the right way... easy mistake and f#!ks your control over the boost funily enough

i know of a "boost controller kit" but im not to sure about a boost controller on the actual computer

That i havnt checked, Ray hooked that up for me but i will have a look make sure its hooked up.

Anyone else have any clue because im strapped and cant get my head around it

if the turbo was on its way.. wouldnt it still spin and make the boost that is required but maybe drop in boost pressure
