Hey,

Just a quick question. Should I be cranking my engine over with no spark/fuel etc after changing my oil each time?

I here that all you need to do is disconnect the plug at the back of the rocker cover to do this (SI RB25DET).

Would it be worthwhile?

Any thoughts would be appreciated :)

When u change ur oil, run it until the oil light goes out then wait another 10 seconds. The oil pressure sensor in right next the the oil filter, so when the the light goes out it means the filter has oil, but the rest of the engine doesn't. Once there is oil all through the engine, recheck again and top it up again.
