Problems With R32 At 5000rpm

I have recently started having problems when i hit 5000rpm while driving my r32. It seems to hit 5000rpm then jerk you backwards and forwards. Replaced my spark plugs but are still having the same problem. Any ideas?

i'm no pro, but do you have a sound system set up? sometimes if people have their system turned right up, it tends to use a lot of power and that will effect your drive.

nah i dont have a sound system. Could it be the fuel pump maybe?

it could be your coil packs.

hey mate i have the same problem ive been told maybe coilpacks or the turbo vaccum lines im changing them soon let me know if you find the problem cheer mate

search for taping+coils

cheap solution until you can get new ones.

The problem was that the wastegate was stuffed so it was letting in to much boost and hitting fuel cut.

don't you have a boost guage to see what boost it was running?

or at least the in dash shitty +-7 thing?

the guy i bought the car off put it where i can't even see it unless i looked down at my knees

see if you can throw it in the drivers side air con vent nice and hidden but still readable while driving.
