Hey,

Just had power fc report max hold 100% injector duty and dash engine light start flashing, im waiting for new HKS GT3037 Pro S kit to turn up and splitfire coils, have not ordered injectors yet, but im looking to hit the 280RWKW mark till i build a new motor what size should i get? 740cc or 850cc? im looking at getting to around 350-360RWKW with a built motor, but i still thought these stock injectors were good for 240RWKW ??? :S... i mean it feels fast.. but not that fast.... (its only running 14PSI with front mount etc etc) ohh! got rid of that stupid flat spot i had by changing fuel pumps 255L walbro and puttin the powerfc in (dont know what fixed it) did it at the same time.

thanks everyone!

do not let it run at 100% duty cycle you will ping your motor to death quickly. If it hits 100% your poor old injectors are open all the time trying to provide enought fuel. even 90% is pushing it but 100% is deadly

yehh i dont have a license anyway.. just took it for a smash up the street.. (it doesnt normally get driven)... like ever... 2 years its done about 5000kms... how much power u think at 100% it would have been pushing? and i do realise not to keep doing it.. i backed off as soon as i saw the engine light.. checked the fc to see what was wrong and was like :S.... weird.. ! new walbro fuel pump must be doing its job.

If you are looking at those power levels i would get a bosch fuel pump. the walbros are renown for dropping flow as soon as the pressure gets up. You could use the walbro to feed a surge tank then use an external bosch 044 pump. 740cc injectors will be fine.
