Vicdrift 2008 Calender

VicDrift is proud to announce our calender for 2008

This year the practice days will be all day practice! there will be NO comp on these days.

For those drivers with a more competative nature we are running a 4 round State championship series. These comps will be more serious than our usual "end of the day comp".

Feb 9th Calder park , saturday , Practice

March 16th winton raceway , SUNDAY , comp

April 19th winton raceway , saturday , practice

May 17th Calder park , saturday , comp

May 25th Calder park , sunday , DRIFT SKILL's (beginers day)

July 13th Calder park , sunday , DRIFT SKILL's

July 20th winton raceway , sunday , comp

August 9th Calder park , saturday , practice

September 6th winton raceway , saturday , practice

September 14th Calder park , sunday , DRIFT SKILL's

October 18th Calder park , saturday , comp

December 20th winton raceway , saturday , VicDrift members only day.

K people I've got the official word, we all went round for C-Spec bolg and meeting. We have decided that this next event, the 16/03/2008 will be run as a practice day.

Changes have also been made to the general running of each event this year. Practice/comp days will be run, the idea being that each event noted will be practice in the morning, qualifying in the afternoon for street & Pro classes and then points based comps in the afternoon. the top 16 will be seeded and placed in order of rank to go head to head in this year's Drift Attack!

all the calder park days are cancelled!

we got some extra days at winton to make up for the lost track time though.

unfortunately now there is no drift close to melbourne its self.
