my car has been out of action for about 3month is it wise to drain the oil and replace it . and with what oil, iam running about 200rkw and also chang e my coolant and with what thanks

To save you from reading all that though. Motul 300V Chrono, one of the best oils you can buy in Australia in my opinion but it aint cheap. A lot of people run Motul Turbolight aswell.

For coolant, nulon green concentrate, then mix it yourself accordingly.

could not have said it better 300V. in RB's stay away from penrite and nulon. Stick to your ester bases and you will be laughing.
