Bleed Valve While I Have An Avcr Installed

Might be a stupid question, but I need to rule out problems with my AVCR & the install so is it possible to put in a bleed valve while the AVCR is installed?

Can I just change the settings in the AVCR to off in the boost settings part and then fit the bleed valve..?

If you simply put the bleed value in replacement of where the avc-r solenoid is plugged into, in your engine bay then your avc-r is bypassed (for the purpose of controlling boost).

You don't need to adjust anythign on your avc-r as it won't be controlling anything. but it will still show your boost reached and stuff it just won't control the boost.
