however the are 16 of them. (no locking nuts)

it is- the idea is you use a lock nut on one stud

unless you have a $599 wheel and tire package

I m in adelaide . they are off my r33 gtst. I got it from importer like that. 4 aftermarket lock nuts and 16 rays nuts.
