Help! Fuse Question Emergency

hey everyone i am in a bit of an emergency some of my aftermarket electronics in my car gauge, and some accesories are run of my cigarette lighter and i went to remove something of it and short circuit something and heard the fuse go clack, so now i need to know which one is the fuse for the cig lighter because i am missing the fuse panel and plus i can't read japanese......lol....so please if you know please let me know so i can get everything up and running again....thanks guys and please show an illustration if you can im kinda not good i will forget what you have wrote by the time i get to the car.....thanks for all of help in advance

if u had a test light placetest all the fuses in the panel and check 2 find the fuse it should light up on 1 side and not on the other. have the key on accessories 2 make it easier 2 find

4th from the bottom, RHS, using 15A

Hmmm?? I'm sure my ciggie lighter is the top right hand fuse. It's the one I replaced when I installed my water temp gauge and it worked?
