front no

rear no

:laughing-smiley-014: the photo doesn't do it justice. They stick out by about an inch

modified guards i'm sure you can manage on the rear as i plan to do that. On the front you will struggle. You'd have to really mangle the guard, also have to run some skinny tyres maybe. i fitted a set of gtr front guards, the wheel disappears under them.

They're the perfect offsets and width for an R32 in my opinion.

Here's a picture of a car with 17X9.5J +15 on the front and 18X9.5J +15 on the rear. Both running 225/40 tyres.

Four door, but same thing...

17 x 9.5 will scrape in by the hair on your chin. My car wasnt way low or running crazy camber and the only guard mod is rolled inner edge for tyre clearance.

They need to be 17 x 9.5 + 36 offset for them to clear the suspension and guard. I ran 255 tyres which were just slightly stretched and they fitted. I dont have any pics of my car with these wheels on them, though i have seen pics posted...so i will have a look around for photos from events

Rears only. There is no way on earth you will squeeze a 9.5" under the front. PPL run 9" +30 offset GTR rims on the front, but they really stick out too big and stick out too far. I have run 8.5" +30 offset and thats about optimum for the front. Again depends on ride height

But here is the 17x9.5" + 36 offset LM GT4 on the rear, with an 8" +35 on the front.

Front gaurds are +20mm and rears are worked and they still protrude. But i likey

Fark.... sorry guys. Didn't even realise that the car I posted up had aftermarket guards on. I just thought it looked sexy and it had roughly the same offsets and width as you wanted.

how about 17x9.5 +28 offset all round?

another option, 17x8.5 +32 fronts and 17x9.5 +28 rears?

please guys as I just about to order my rims

:no::P

If you try to run 17x9.5 +28 on the front they will rub on suspension arms. Even if you get the offset so that the rim of a 9.5" wheel doesnt hit the arm, the second the rim looks at a tyre it will hit the suspension. So you space it out using offset so that the rim and tyre clear the suspension...then you will be cutting tyres on guards.

On the rear...ditto, a 9.5" rim with 28 offset will see it tucked into the guard better but again fouling suspension arms.

I have tried so may rims on my car and my above post is the best advice i think you will find for an R32 GTSt running std gaurd (rolled inner)

If you want to run aftermarket guards then a different story all together.

but i used to run 18x9.5 +38 on the rear, no problems at all.. so, if i'm running 17x9.5 +28 on the rear which is gonna bring these rim out to the guards by 10mm right? I think I'm quite confident about the rare ones..

the front ones, i used to run 18x8.5 +38.. so, if i'm gonna run 17x8.5 +32, which mean these rims gonna sit further out than the old rims by 6mm right?

cheers

Best bet...talk to the tyre joint and get them to trial fit them...my money is on the rears hitting suspension and the fronts being ok (17x8.5 +32)

why u reckon the rears gonna hit suspension? with +28 offset it gonna bring wheels further out.. am i right?
