Ati Balancers

Guys I'm looking at buying an ATI balancer for my 26/30 and my question is they only seem to advertise 26 balancer (harmonic) is that the same as 30 if not whats the difference and lastley weres the best place ( price) to get one .

i think the power steering pulley is different, not 100% sure. but i have heard of people putting 26 balancers on and modding the power steering pump so it would work.
