How much boost is it running?

Also you interested in swaps at all?

And is it your car cause in your other post it says it was someone else's...

N1GTR: yes it is still a stock bottom end.

weeman: yeh I dont think many people actually know what 300+kws feels like, especially when you can put your foot down at 80kmh and the thing starts sliding up the road!!

nice_r33: It is making that power on 21psi, yes it is a mates car he came back from America so decided to drive it aroudn while he was back but has now moved over to Perth so the car has got to go. No trades sorry as he needs the cash..

Guys this is a SUPER cheap car when it is concidered how much money has gone into this car, alot of brand name bits and the car has been driven VERY little over the past few years as he has not been around much.. It has been very reliable and there is nothing to be spent on this car (i.e no problems)

thanks for ya reply,

would have been interested if he was after a swap,

good luck with the sale

Thus why the boost has only been wound up to 21psi, there is plenty of other skylines out there making this power on std internals without any problems.

The supporting setup would be good for over 400rwkws (T04z etc) with forged pistons and a set of rods or an RB30 bottom end but so that the motor will last (and with the thumbs up from 3 different tunning shops) the boost has been kept down and still making great power.

Plus obviously this has been taking into consideation in the price as with built internals you would be looking at 20k for a car with similar modifications.

Marc,

worst case bottem end goes on it, chuck rb30 bottom end, or build up a rb25 for bout 1500-2k.. under 20k for over 350rwkw... i'd be happy with that.. costs alot more to build something as such.

Spot on dead32, you’re looking at 10-13k for a std R33 throw a T04z turbo on that’s $2100, 6boost exhaust manifold $1200, Power FC $1000, Injectors $600-800, Greedy intake manifold (genuine) $1000, cams $700, 3 1/2 inch exhaust $800, Turbosmart wastegate $700, Twin plate clutch $2200 and you have well over 20k there.

Have not even started to mention suspension, brakes, other engine mods, tunning etc etc etc.. It is obvious allot of money has been spent on this car and if the person that purchases car decides they want to chase more power you are only looking at internals and injectors and I will guarantee you would be looking at 400kw+!!!!!!

    • I believe there was a similar one posted by @duggyphresh. They were re-routing their battery positive cable in the way I am also trying to achieve. Sorry, I’m new to this forum, so was a bit late to the party by a few months and so reignited the old thread, as I wanted to know how they got on with doing it.
    • Wasn't there a thread on this very subject just a few weeks ago?
    • Hi all! Looking to relocate the battery to the trunk of an R34 GTT. I want to do it using as many stock GTR components as I can (including the harness protectors from the 34 GTR that run underneath along the chassis to the engine bay). So far I’ve purchased the battery tray from a 33 GTR, as the captive weld nuts are already there just asking to be used. There is also the slight issue of now having to relocate the ABS/TC/Fuel Pump Control ECU, which in GTT’s sits right above where the battery will then sit on the tray. Has anyone already achieved this, and if you have any pics that you wouldn’t mind sharing? It would be great to see how others have done it and where you put them, as there are countless holes in the parcel shelf panel to potentially use. Just trying to get some ideas bounced around, and to help uncover any potential problems I may encounter by  my choice of location. TIA for any help!
    • Brand was ard.   I also threw a brand new battery at it and beefed up the wire from the alternator to battery and added an extra earthing point from the battery
    • Evening all,       I'm replacing some bolts on my RB25 with probolt Australia bolts.       Does anyone know the following, m5 m6 etc 10mm 20mm etc       Coil cover   Cam covers   Plazamaman fuel rail   Front cover (timing cover)   Etc   Any help would be awesome   Or any lists anywhere
