Surely it carnt b hard to get a rb25 normal or the neo version they do have freight companys in united states im sure just import something from oz if its so difficult to get something in the states, i dont see the problem does neone else?

what are you going to do with it? both will probably meet your goals, and once you start modifying the difference between the two is probably negligible. once you even start tuning i'd bet that there's not enough difference to justify the extra cost of the Neo.

built properly both will give you 300 rwkw which is quite a bit in a 2wd, getting the cheaper R33 25 will allow you to spend on parts . if you're staying with a stock engine there are probably advantages with the Neo but if parts etc are a problem that's a risk you'll need to consider.

Well I ended up getting a neo and it was like 3400 shipped. Its just missing the maf sensor. I read somewhere you could use one from a 96-99 maxima without having to get a pfc or safc. Its going in two weeks and then getting the bolt-on's over the summer.
