Dont think you should bother making turbo outlet 3inch for the fact that its just extra volume for the turbo to fill. I know its gonna be F*CK ALL but still why bother. Just stay 2.5, if its big enough for 650hp then why bother?

If your connector is rooted then its definitely good idea to graft a new one on there just for the sake of reliability down the track.

Whats actually wrong with your actuator?

lol well ive made the turbo inlet out of 2 1/2" and it flanges out to 3" for the AFM, also i fixed the actuator it wasnt fully closed so the wastegate was open a little,also im still using mild steel just fixing up some of the welds seen as i rushed it when i did it then once all this is done im getting the hilux going ready to take to a few shows then ill sell it

i kinda ment both raist as i knew the afm is 3" and i forgot that it has to go down to 2 1/2" for the turbo

When i installed my bleed valve, i had to open it around 12 clicks before it would let the wastegate shut.. What was wrong with yours?

the actuator arm that connects to the wastegate was too long therefore the wastegate wasnt fully shut
