Any good exhaust shop should have extractors.

You can't fit a pod, because the filter box also contains the AFM.

KYB make a cartridge insert for the fronts, and I would imagine they also make a replacement for the rears (Pedders / Monroe have rears as well).

To fit a RB20DET, all you need is the X-member from a R31, and the engine bolts straight in.

There is a few tricks to mod your L24E, out of the factory they run slightly lean, common fix for this is to put a resistor inbetween the AFM and ECU. another is to change the pitch of the flap in the AFM, mine has had this done i know that for a fact.

a few other mods you can do is enlarge the throttle body to an RB30E one, the airbox is very restrictive as is the AFM.

I don't actually know how you put a pod on yours cyrius, but ideally the best thing to do is put in a new fuel only computer and get rid of the AFM should increase power dramatically

extractors aren't really nessesary unless you have done all the above + cam and head work

get a good 2.5" mandrel bent zorst that goes all the way up to where the headers meet
