:thanks::):) Unfortunately we blew the turbo on our 1996 r33 series II GTST today and discovered that the impellers were made from bakelte (sorry dont know how to spell it) plastic.... is that right? we had the feeling that it should have had stainless steel blades.... it looks like it was replaced over here after it was imported... the car is covered under a warranty but we dont want them to put another shit plastic turbo in.... any comments??? we would love to know what u think or know... We've only had the car 4 months and it blew at about 3500 to 4500 rpm in first gear

stock ones are ceramic on the exhaust side and metal on the intake side...and in the case of r34s and possibly some r33 series 2s (not sure of this) the inlet is nylon! To get steel wheels you will need to go an after market turbo or get the broken one highflowed
