Which Cat To Get And Size?

Ok I want to know, which cat is best to buy, I am going a 3in system, so I don't know if I should go a 3.5in for better flow??? also which brand of cat should I get?? Metal Cat or Catco?? Guys where my car is sell metal cats not the brand Metal Cat though, is it worth just getting one of those?? my power goal is going to be around 250rwkw..

3" cat is fine for a 3" exhaust system. any known brand are good.

there's always the cheap and nasty way too.

Don't that that JustJap X-Force 3-inch highflow special BS.. I bought one and it sucks.

Once the car/exhaust/cat gets hot... the car doesn't boost, I lose around 2PSI of boost.. Talking about restrictions!

Does anyone know why the catco cats are so much more expensive then X-force? Its nearly double the price (although it does flow more).

Thanks everyone, have got it sorted, ended up getting a 3in metal cat, not the brand though but will see but I don't intend to change it any time soon.
