hi, i have p2, but i initially got p1 in 2004. however i got my p2 just last year. so does the prohibited vehicle rule apply to me?

can i jus say..i called RTA today..asked this lady if the prohibited vehicle rules apply to me..i didn't exactly remember when i got my licence, but i thought it was 2004 november..so she looks up and says 'no you got it in 2005 dec'..i was like wtf..thats 1 yr difference than what i thought..i got upset..considering my goldfish memory..i didn't complain..came back home looking for NA cars..now i check my old licences i still kept..and my first p1 was expiring on 2006 jan..how the hell did i get my licence in 2005 dec then!!..so im gonna call them tomorrow..if she made a mistake..i am gona so rape her job up..
