Autotech now has Nistune stock ecu chip burning software, behaves exactly like a PFC except a programmable chip gets soldered into the ecu in place of the original before tuning. Unfortunately not fully for R33GTSt - -some restrictions - but just about everything else Nissan with an ecu.

RE HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH HEEEEEEEALLLLLYYYYY???????

My constant hints to Pete came to fruition, he confirmed today that they have a dealer license. Current price is $220AUD for board, $200AUD NIStune Software (Individual Users License) and documentation set. Additionally, shipping and transaction fees may apply.

Then its just the cost of the tune.

Looks like RB25 is supported but not with VCT. Check out the Nistune site, pretty much explains eveything. http://home.aanet.com.au/nistune/

Cheers

Well, my tune was done yesterday and I am very happy... Even though I didnt get much more power from it as we have reached the limits of the turbo and AFM, the boost response, mid range torque, fuel consumption and overall driveability have improved.

This tune was more about getting the engine to run spot on so that I wouldnt have any drama's with pinging while on the track.

9 / 10 for John and Angelo at Trojan - Power FC RB25DET Dyno tune, great tune, right price and anything small and incidental that needed doing (such as rubber grommets / hoses) was done at no extra charge... Very happy.

Pic attached: - Check out that awesome power curve!!

Fair enough, but I think you'll find that it makes at the very least 1,350hp at the wheels, with still more to go.

Anyway's you should bring the beast to the dyno day I'm sure we would all be interested in seeing and hearing how she goes.

I know this car very well as my friend had a hand in it. It makes 1350 at the flywheel and revs to almost 13000 revs. It does make good power but will not make much more as they are already on the biggest turbo setup and as you can see by the revs massive cams.

Would love to come to the dyno day but unfortunately due to a well known machinist have had to pull it back down again due to valve float issues.

Will be at the next one as have changed machinist's and instead of work taking 8mths it is now almost all completed.

As for the torque mine makes 650lb at 2psi and peaks at 2266lb at 28psi in fourth gear pulls or in nm it makes over 10000nm it makes 2psi by 2800 and full boost by about 5000

As for tunes i would be takin it directly to Jake as i was speakin to him recently and he does alot of tunes on skylines and said he does all the tuning on his dyno.

May save some money
