I remember a V8 valiant killing a bunch of bikes once . very good to watch.

The only reason a car would be in front, is thats because that where the biker wants them.

Just because you're in front, doesn't mean you won! :P

Don't be fooled thinking you can beat a serious sportsbike rider ... unless you and your car can do under 10sec 1/4 mile times.

Drag racing scooters or 250ccs doesn't count :(

Oh, what I was going to say was ...

Spotted a silver S2 Stag at Dazzlers on Port Road about 10.30pm last night. Went to wave, but driver busy cleaning cabin.

This morning, spotted a white S2 Stag at the Regnecy Park car park near the play equipment.

Saw some 70 year old grandpa at work with a white R33... thought that was quite humerous.

Also saw an R33 and R31 racing from the turn of the lights at the South Road/Anzac Highway Intersection.

The only reason a car would be in front, is thats because that where the biker wants them.

yeah a serious bikes a bit diff but 250s ive seen go down. im also guessing the intial snap off the line big part of how bikes are faster so a rolling start against a 250 a good car could win. also if the rider aint that good or a bit chubby could also effect it :D

    • All of your suspension bushes/bolts etc, should also only ever be tightened when the car is sitting with full weight too.   IE, jack it back up, shove a heap of stuff down so you can lower the wheels onto so the car is "on the ground" but you have room to get under it.   It's why when properly done, you should be able to remove the shock and spring, but the arms won't go to 100% droop. If you don't do the above, you'll destroy your bushes.

    • These arrived today! Sadly I'm going to probably be smart and enjoy the car as is over the summer/sunny period and save the ~2 weeks downtime it'd take to swap the heads over and tune later in the year. Maybe. It's going to be pretty damn tempting seeing these bolt on funs just sitting in storage when they're ready to go. There's a non-zero chance I end up @The Bogan'ing it.
