Bugger all chance of getting a pass without changing anything as most skylines are very close to the legal limit with a stock exhaust.

I recommend either sourcing a stock exhaust or if you are lucky like me youll have a flange near the end of your exhaust so you can just get a customer muffler made up with a pea shooter size tip to make it quiet enough to pass. Not ideal but its a cheap option.

Do waht Dogknight said but make sure the flange looks like its welded on or they can say its removerble and they will knock it back.

Sorce out a stock exhaust, if u can't then get your mechanic / exhaust place to change you cat-converter and weld in a few resinators in. Its abit of a head f**k but do watever to pass it.

What you are asking is if anyone will pass your car illegally.

No EPA tester will risk thier license just for you mate, your not worth it for a couple of $$$ vs the income they make during the year.

Thread closed. Wanna talk illegal, go somewhere else.
