"normally about $30 per wheel"

but will need to get them blasted first....

97064488 - blast master in dandenong

"$15each for normal rims up to $30 if they are powdered"

so to get it done i'll need to take the wheels down to a wheel and tyre shop and get them to take the tyres off... probably about $50 appx.

plus the sandblasting @ $15 per rim which is a total of $60

plus the powdercoating which is $30 per rim which is a total of $120

so all up looking at about $230 to $260

not too shabby

Sounds so cheap.. i thought it was around $200 per wheel. You could get some pretty nutz colours actually - depending on your theme of your car..

Next car i'm getting i want it to be black.. so might just get the stock wheels gold powder coated. Will give me $ for power upgrades :)

Tyre place should only charge you $20 max to take off the tyres, takes them 10 minutes.

pffft i wanted white rims on my car before i got it... was going to get an R33 white with white rims... but went off the 33 and went for the 32.

i dont even know where u go to get things powdercoated... are they a specialist place? ie. they are a powdercoater in the yellow pages???

I already gave you a link to powder coaters didnt I ? [several]

BTW just cause I only got it done recently doesnt mean the idea was recent - - - think about it - - -

Ever since about 3 or 4 years ago I wanted white wheels even longer, its a shame its so common now [imo]. I dont normally go with the flow...I never did Chrome wheels and dont think I would do Gold wheels either, trends arent for me.

I just do what i like and if some people dont like it fark em!

And yes some peolpe have said they dont like em...pft what do they know :)

yeah well lookin at these 235s on the rear of these 8" rims im guessing it may be an issue cause its damn near flat with the rim of the guard... going to take it down to the wheel ppls and see what they say.
