Central Locking Is Not Working.(help)

I have G35 coupe 2003 and had no problems till just a few weeks ago when the central locking wouldn't work properly.

I am not sure what is the problem so I am writing here to get some advice

When I press the "LOCK" using remote, It works fine!

But, When I press the "UNLOCK" button, the door locks stay locked..

I can here the sound trying to unlock but seems like there's not enough power to it ..

What is the problem? Which part should be replaced? Cost to it?

Welcome to the 'Locked out of my V35' club.

It is a common problem - your lock actuators are stuffed - suggest you check the thread with keyfob in the title - there is more info there.

so you cannot physically unlock it with the key?
