Hey guys

i am after a r33 gtst diff from a manual r33.

i had converted my car to manual, and the auto diff is still in the car.

On the highway i am doing 3000rpm at 100 and is giving me the shits.

Any help is much appreciated

Thanks

3000RPM at 100... sounds about right... Mine does about that (factory manual) I think... hmmm... not sure... have to take more notice! But I think it's around that...

yeah i need the diff ratio to be 4.1.

Apperantly the auto diff ratio is 4.36, so that would be the reason of why my revs are higher then what they should be at 100.

Well I took some notice of the revs on the way home from work last night... at 100 km/h:

5th: 3000rpm

4th: 3900rpm

3rd: 5000rpm

2nd: 7000rpm

1st: kaboom

Thats in my r33 GTS (NA). I've always assumed that's all normal! 3000rpm on the freeway doesn't sound all that economical, but it'll still pull 180 at the top of 4th, so I would assume it's been geared correctly!

From what I remember... the top speeds are something like:

1st: 60km/h

2nd: 110km/h

3rd: 150km/h

4th: 180km/h

5th: 180km/h (speed-limiter)
