Ambient Temp Sensor On R33

I know there's a temp sensor behind the front bar on the R33. I think it sends the ambient outside temp to the climate control ???

Is there some way to grab that reading, and have it displayed? Even if it's on a 3rd party display.

I think the 32gtr (and possibly others) shows the outside temp as a standard feature.

you could always grab a digital thermometer and mount the display somewhere but that wouldn't help your climate control at all.. but if you just want to know what the temperatures is..

yeah i realise that

all i want to achieve is to have the ambient temp displayed, using the front temp sensor, if its simple enough. doesnt really have anything to do with climate control.

That diagnostic check will only let you know if the sensor is working or not.

There would be a way to do it, a simple LCD display and a circuit should do the trick. Start with the Jaycar website...

That'd be really cool. If you find out, do a tutorial on it. I for one would be interested on doing this!!
