Tuning With Safc

hey all just wondering how much gains if i tuned my r32 gt-r with my current mods with safc.

my mods are

cat back exaust

hks filters

electronic boost controller

stock turbos injectors etc

short answer = SOME.

long answer requires you to give more details.

how much boost?

an R32 GTR with turbo back exhaust, 1 bar boost and tuned with a POWER FC (including timing which SAFC can't do) nets about 250rwkw.

so your's will be less than that.

not only that, but you will have worse low, mid and top end due to not being able to adjust timing.

what he said ^^^^ i had a safc on me gtst, only gained roughly 20kw.

but if u splurged the money for a gtr, spend the extra $1000 and get a pfc.

u dont want to wreck your pride and joy.

It might be cheaper to have your ECu re-chipped if you are going for a budget power (as in not looking to upgrade the turbo's..)

GTR PFC seems to be under $1K these days.

re-chip is about half that.
