Bov Question. Help Plz!

Hey guys,

I drive an R32 GTST. The car is completly stock i only have a K&N Pod Filter. I have the stock BOV but i wanan go out and buy an aftermarket one.

If i do, will i get:

Increased power

Increased BOV sound

Also is this fine to put on my car with a standard exhaust system and standard intercooler, will it f**k up the car at all.

If all is good are there any recommendations on what BOV to get.

Leeming14, some members here will come across as harsh. There are plenty of articles on the forums that explain this, its been discussed so many times before that you'll likely get your thread closed.

Please search for the info you need before posting the questions or you will not get friendly replies....

And the answer is don't do it. Aftermarket plumb-backs make more noise, more police attention, you shouldn't get any more power.

Aftermarket atmospheric just cause too many problems.

BOV "sound" threads are a dime a dozen, any everything sounds different to each person.

Best bet is to go to a local Maccers carpark and have a chat to a few of the money's you'll find there.
