OK I've almost finished my oral presentation on the new p-plater laws. My final question to all you guys and girls is that;

if events: drag, drift, track days/nights were subsidized by the Government and were made cheaper I mean alot cheaper ($10 entry at calder and $50-100 trackdays for example) would you refrain from 'hoon' like behaviour on the roads?

I understand how much more busy places like calder will be but try to keep this out of your decision.

Cheers ROb

You have to understand that the "proper motorsport is too hard/too expensive" excuse is just that. It in no way validates stupid behaviour.

People don't do it because doing the right thing is too hard. They do it because they are utter fkwits.

Frankly, I don't see why it should be subsidised by anyone. These "hoons", in general, spend squillions on their cars, yet they are too cheap to spend $100 or so to take their high speed desires to a race track or drag strip.
