If you search for the word BOV on this forum, you'll see why a couple of us make fun of it and lose patience with it all.

long story short, an atmo venting bov (the ones you want) on a AFM equiped car (Skylines), will cause more problems than benefits.

Your car will most likely stall.

your car will most likely backfire between gearchanges.

your car will most likely run rich in between gearchanges causing black marks on your rear bar.

there actually is no benefit of an atmo venting bov at all.

Only reason to do it is if you like the noise.

Cheers for that. That would explain why my car doesn't stall anymore now that I have removed the Blitz BOV. Note taken on board. I was doctrinated V8's like a freakin religion from a young age. This line is my first turbo car to which my old man still gives me greif about daily. lol. I don''t mind cause now I can beat his VE GTS so I say suck sh!t old man.

hahahahahahah! Crack up! maybe it's pure brain wash but I still think nothing sounds better than an off it's face V8 at full tilt. The sort of sound that shakes the pillars of heaven. lol

I am however a converted man now! To be able to have a car that runs high 12's for less than 15k is unheard of in V8 land. I mean sh!t my old man paid 70+ for his GTS and still can't keep up. I think he's secretly in conversations with HPF and getting the CAM and EMS upgrade. Then it's on. Let the war begin I say.
