i used green shock proof from redline in mine for a while.

but you might want to check up on quaife.co.uk for some more information about it as they are the people who actually make the gearset.

yeah some say synthetic. some say mineral. my coliege from work is best mates with frank modena.. he uses castrol lsx90. he found the synthetics dont have the film strength or a friction modified mineral. but the mineral doesnt take as much heat and should be replaced more often.

ps. i use redline heavy in my ppg. mainly cos i want to make it last longer while i learn how to use it. (shock loading protection)
