I reckon people that are buying a dog, and have no interest in training it should buy a dog that has a docile temperament to begin with.

Sneeza, my Roti cowered when we opened the sliding door, wouldn't let anyone near her head and panicked when you picked up a stick. She was also skinny and had 3 litters of pups at 1 1/2 years old. Now she is happy and sterilised. People shouldn't be allowed to breed them at such a young age.
