you walk a fine line between expressing an alternate opinion and attacking people. As much fun as it is for you to express your opinion around here, its not so much fun to have to moderate and deal with the many complaints we get about you stepping on people's toes. Some of the moderators, eg: Prank & meggala simply don't want to waste their time, they'd rather just ban you and be over with it and maybe drill into your head that we don't appreciate what you do.

Stop offending people. Democracy and public availability are boons of society, but you unfortunately abuse your given rights, some of us prefer to advice n warn you, others would simply rather stop you from using it. The choice is yours, you have the option AGAIN, this time choose what you say and you won't be banned again.

i had a conversation with prank via PM where i was more or less assured this wouldnt happen again (banning without given a reason. without hearing from me).

first, that was hardly an attack. now wheteher or not i walk a fine line isnt the issue. if i dont sugar coat my opinions, thats not my problem. hell, that shouldnt even the mods' problem.

if someone posts in a PUBLIC forum, they should be aware that the public will read it, and be prepared if the public has something to say that said poster wont like and at the very least, be able to deal with it without having to cry to the mods.

sure it is a public forum but you have to remember one thing, that is, this forum is based on a community support that we are all friends here. For you to think that this is a freedom of speech well im sure there are forum rules that we ALL abit eg: swearing/dissing other members etc..etc.. For you to get banned, im sure you dont meet those criterias nor respected by fellow members.

You want another PUBLIC FORUM which will allow you to not "sugar coat" your posts, find another one there's plenty on offer. Learn to coexist or don't exist on these forums.

thank you for the input. never let it be said i was incapable of mature discussion.

this is a public forum, yes. But it is not based on a sense of commmunity or friendship. it is based on what most of us here have in common. the mighty line (and cars in genenral). the friendships built by those here, are just bi-product of discussions, assistance etc given via the board. so no, not everyone has to get along.

i have read through the forum rules. and perhaps, there have been times where i have bent or broken said rules. but believe you me, i havent done anything others dont do themselves. ie swearing, bagging each other etc. however, i am singled out because i am better at it. bullsh*t! (pardon my french).

if something on the internet upsets someone that much, theres something is seriously wrong with them. thats not your fault. if i reported everything i didnt like to you, that wouldnt be your fault would it? it would be my own inablity to handle all those harsh things out there.
