Help Me Diagnose Please

a few days ago my wagon started driving like its missing,it isnt constant as sometimes its real bad and sometimes it not.with boost controller off it makes it a little better but not much,when i accelerate/or floor it.it makes a bup bup bup kinda noise from the exhaust and it starts cutting in/out real quick.i know this probably doesnt make much sense.but has anyone else had trouble like this?thanks

possibly coil packs? not sure sorry mate..but could be

Either Rich and Retard (overboost?), or coilpacks breaking down. You need to get a consult cable hooked up and read the fault codes d00d.

Get some other coilpacks and swap them, see if that fixes.

I have the same problem. as soon as it hits about 2000rpm all is fine.

I'm pretty sure my problem is either fuel pump or Throttle Postition Sensor.

~2000rpm could be AFM

afm, coil packs, sparkies, fuel pump wiring,

check em.

contact clean (brake cleaner) the afm and make sure wiring is good (can get cut by pod filter etc)

swap out the sparkies and put in bcpre6 ngk $3 copper v-gruve 8mm gapped, less then $20 and good for 250+rwkw

while you have the coil packs off, cover em in high temperature industrial grade silicon sealant, let it set and reinstall. test.

AFM MUST be cleaned cold, and use CO contact cleaner

If it gets worse the hotter the engine bay is, its coilpacks.

I had a similiar problem, found out the intake pipe to the turbo had come loose... check that??

We even bought a second AFM because we though it was that

i had pretty much the same thing without the boost control. Coilpacks was the issue. Fairly Common with Rb25dets

another thing to check while your at it is the ignition module, they have a habit of loosing a cylinder or the thing just wont rev above 4000 rpm, otherwise coils
