Hey guys, ive attached a picture to show what i mean better, but basically ive installed my new coilovers on the front of the car...and wanted to make sure i didnt screw up any of my spring rate settings....

Basically, the only thing im concerned about, is when i was lining the new coilover kit up.....i lined up the top and placed through the two holes, and loosely screwed the two 14mm nuts....i then rotated the spring (yes the spring), which in turn rotated the whole unit which made it easy for me to line up the bottom of the shock to the thread, once it was in, it was smooth sailing, i never even touched any of the pallets at all....

So my concern, was rotating the spring a bad idea?, im sure all rotating the spring does is compress it, uncompress it etc....

Pic reveal a 1000 words, itll explain it better.
