Debadging The Chariot

So yesterday I devoted the day to my vehicle; detailing etc.

(Its a Stagea), I took all the badges off the rear door with a heat gun and some fishing wire.

They came off easy enough, but left a lot of the glue on the car.

I scraped off as much as I dared, and applied a cut/polish to get rid of the rest.... only its all still there, the polish was hopeless.

Am I not buffing hard enough or is there another product I can use for flawless paint? (I dont trust my shaky hands and a razor blade)

In the end I used Eucalyptus oil and some cotton balls, worked a treat!

Waxed over it all, like they never existed.

+1 for eucalyptis oil. Nice and lite on the paint, doesnt even leave a mark.

I had double sided tape from my spoiler left on my boot, cut thru it all no worries.
