Complience Costs???

Hey guys i am a bit confussed about complience under the new import laws.

how mush is to complie a r33.

i have been told $4000 and other say they can do it for $2000

anyone in Melbourne who can do it for $2000 plz tell me

is more of less for GTST model compared to GTS(n/a)

Becasue the importer whats to sting me $4000 for my n/a

but if i can get it cheaper he will take $2000 of the price .

I've heard prices are now up to around $7k for compliance. With the monopoly that's going on at the moment and the large costs involved to get the license people can pretty much charge what they want...

Has the SEVS scheme come into play yet?

SEVS is used to determine if the vehicle is eligible to be imported, where a RAWS has to import/comply the vehicle. Was supposed to be implemented 8th May, not many people have gained licenses (too many are waiting for someone else to cough up the cash for testing etc., then copy them!).

just by local.. there r so many bargains
