350z Track Rims

I have some 350z track rims that are scraping on the back, can anyone tell me what tyre i would need. Im thinking 225/40/18s will they fit?

Can you give us more details? Wheel's width, offset, what tyres you're running now, etc.

Also, where's it rubbing? If it's rubbing the guards, it could work out cheaper to just roll the guards. That way you can keep/put wider tyres on without rubbing.

i think they are 18x8 they have 255/45/18 on at the moment. How much does it cost to get guards rolled?

Shouldn't cost you more than $45 per guard. I see that you're in Melbourne, depending on where in Melbourne you are, PM 180athid, he does guard rolling for those in the eastern suburbs.

It costs ~$30-$40 per corner to roll your guards, make sure they use a heat gun so your paint doesnt crack.

18x8 they have 255/45/18

There's your problem. I think 33s should only run a 35 profile in a 255 width. The Z tyre is too tall for the 33's wheel well. Try some 245/35x18s, see how they fit.
