I'll paint it, probably black.

The angle sort of carried over from the std bottle, probably wouldn't put it there if i started over.

Sanded it cause the alloy i used was i really bad shape had quite a bit of corrosion on it.

I guess the paint'll stick :)

Yeah its too tall, I knew i forgot something..

probably need to use some sort of push in filler cap now

I'll give these guys a ring on monday and see what i can do

where'd u get the cap from eh?

thanks mate i used the original cap from the plastic bottel,but got a rubber sealant cap from

(red devil radiators) here on the gold coast and just used a bit of silicon to stick then together

the rubber sealant cap, it comes with the radiators when they get them in (to cover the fittings or the filler neck,they had a bucket full of them,i just grabed one that fit

so try a radiator shop they should have a few different sizes just lying around
